HR Manager / Executive Assistant
Michael Hayward is the Executive Assistant here at HOPE and loves helping behind the scenes to support the CEO. His responsibilities include coordinating HOPE meetings and events, providing staff with admirative support, and providing relief to patients.
He has spent the majority of his career in customer service, gaining experience in the healthcare and finance industries while building his communication, administrative, and critical thinking skills.
His relationship with HOPE started as a patient with Dr. Pablo Pella, before he was hired to join the HOPE’s team through ASTEEM (Achieving Success Through Education, Experience, and Mentoring), providing him with a better employment opportunity to further develop his professional skills.
Outside of the office, Michael enjoys being at home, listening to music, and working out.
